“Check in was easy and the man at the front desk was fantastic. However, the room was not clean. There were SEVERAL bugs crawling all over the wicker nightstand and onto the bed. There was hair all over the bathroom and shower floor. The bedroom floor was also not clean and filled with old clothing tags, water bottle caps, along with basic dirt, dust and grime. We vacated the property and stayed elsewhere.”

“Everything was wonderful except for the fact that they let residential people of Key West use all they meant it is at the hotel for free. I was paying an extra $35 a day resort fee to use the amenities at the hotel.
