"The hotel was ok. Elevators took a really long time. Early check in was verbally confirmed but at arrival, it wasn’t and we had to wait 3hours but at least the bar lobby waiting area was comfortable.
We called housekeeping for extra pillows (4) and they kept delivering 1, for 2 nights in a row. Lots of miscommunications from calling housekeeping to the actual order that was sent.
Location was great and convenient. Overall ok stay."

"Our air conditioner was broken for a couple days and it was 80 degrees. We called to get it fixed, and three hours later nobody came. We had to call again then finally someone came and opened the window. The AC was broken the whole time though (besides the first day)."
