Beautiful hotel in the Heart of Umbria. Lots of tranquil walking trails and private places nearby to relax in. Very close to Rasiglia. Very friendly staff and great breakfast included wwith stay. Highly recommend.

Albergo diffuso (gli appartamenti sono a duecentro metri dal corpo centrale) carino anche fuori stagione, con una ricca colazione e un ottimo ristorante. Unica pecca, anche se indipendente dalla struttura, la connettività: se a quella dati si può sopperire con il wifi, in appartamento non c’è alcuna possibilità di fare o ricevere telefonate, a meno che il vostro gestore non sia TIM (noi avevamo Wind3, Iliad e Fastweb).

Maurizio at the front desk was extremely rude. As soon as we walked into the hotel Maurizio basically barely looked up at us and left us standing at the counter as he walked into another room. He did not want to deal with an American and only started to give us a tiny little bit of respect when he realized my mother is Italian. He seemed extremely annoyed that we even walked in. When we finally checked into this hotel and found the air conditioner not working, we went back to the front desk to notify Maurizio. Maurizio proceeded to slam the telephone and throw it across the counter because he had to do a little extra work and find us a new room. After his tantrum, his unstable behavior left my family and I feeling unsafe. I would never recommend this hotel for anybody… Especially Americans!
