A nice spot on the northern edge of the city

We stayed at Casa Mancia for one night, while walking on the Via Di Francisco. It's a nice hotel, beds were comfortable, it was clean, bathroom was nice. We had a simple, but tasty (nice cakes) breakfast in price. I'd say it's a nice place to stay especially if you've got a car. For us - it was a bit far from the city centre (over 20 mins by foot), but still we were happy with our stay in all regards.

Property is lovely with a nice restaurant serving dinner. A car is needed to see some of the beautiful towns nearby... Spoleto, Todi, Foligno, Spello etc.

Reception area had heavy cigarette smell and is right next to breakfast area. Failed to have the rooms we had booked and was offered room in bell tower where i would have felt like Quasimodo. All four of us ended in one room with only 1 bathroom. It was just one night so we survived. Toilet in our room seemed not be working 100 percent after flushing.

Innanzitutto bisogna essere sempre presenti alla reception, l'accoglienza tutto mi sembrava fuorché di essere in un hotel a 3 stelle. Na caciara che veniva dalla piscina, rumorosità delle macchine, l'acqua della doccia che usciva pochissimo, la piscina fredda, ghiacciata. Il water pieno d'incrostazioni. La colazione non ne parliamo nemmeno, misera poca scelta. La tv in camera manco i canali normali e collegati al satellite. L'aria condizionata senza chiedere la mattina appena svegli è partita da sola congelando tutta la stanza...

L’hotel è tutto sommato gradevole, il personale molto gentile, la camera abbastanza spartana è spaziosa e pulita, anche se avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione (un davanzale è sfondato, il termosifone in bagno un po’ arrugginito, il frigobar non funziona, la tv prende solo 3 canali…). La piscina è piuttosto piccola, se l’hotel è pieno non c’è spazio per tutti. Per una notte di passaggio comunque ci siamo trovati molto bene, ci hanno permesso di prendere la camera in anticipo rispetto al check-in previsto e per noi è stato un grande vantaggio. In bagno abbiamo trovato anche più dotazioni di quello che vi aspettavamo, la colazione per quanto semplice prevedeva ottime torte fatte in casa… in complesso non posso che dare un giudizio positivo
