“Be careful when trying to use resort credit. No one explained the resort credit came with certain conditions. When we checked out we were presented with a $300 bill for a dinner we understood was not included in the all-inclusive package and then told we could not apply the resort credit to this charge. No one ever explained the limitations on the resort credit. Felt very much like a bait and switch and ruined an otherwise great vacation”
