“Amazing Chateau experience. The owners could not have been more helpful.”

“Very good as a stop over”

“화장실과 변기가 분리되어 있는데 변기가 있는 곳은 곰팡이냄새 나서 숨쉬기가 힘들었다 최악의 화장실이다 4성 호텔이 아니다 오래되고 낡았다”

“Clean comfortable room. Off site parking that cost 12euros per night. We were charged nearly 100euros for an EV charge in the hotel car park. This felt like a scam.”

“This is a really unique, beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast, though expensive, was excellent. Recommended.”

“객실과 직원 모두 좋음.”

“Lors d'un week-end romantique à TROYES, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits/2 jours, à La Licorne Hotel & Spa Troyes - MGallery Collection, classé 5*. “Bon séjour”

“RAS, tout s'est passé comme prévu;”

Breakfast was extra but served in small delightful dining room with tables situated near the big grand fireplace. The hotel is a perfect restoration of a building from the Middle Ages in the Olde Section of Troyes ! One of the staff welcomed our very late arrival and waited on the small medieval street to show us where to park and to carry in our luggage. We reserved...

“There is no door in the bathroom, there is a strong smell in the bathroom, and can hear from the next room due to not good quality construction. There is no soap and the parking is very small. And all the towels are super olds😭”

“This was the best place we have stayed at on our recent trip. Everything was better than advertised. Location was excellent, the hotel was super clean and our room was so nice and inviting. We really enjoyed staying there.”
