A JAIL BED WOULD BE BETTER THAT STAYING IN THAT MOTEL THE LAKES FORBES MOTEL...BOTH MY WIFE AND MYSELF COULD NOT SSLEEP PROPERLY BECAUSE OF THE BED IT WAS SO HARD YOU COULD NOT SLEEP ON IT....ANOTHER MOTEL I WOULD NEVER STAY IN AGAIN...

Lake Forbes Motel serves a purpose. Stop and go... the property is old and does need maintenance, but it's fine for an overnight stay. It's been 3 years since we last stayed here and it's definitely worse for wear!

Our overnight stay at Forbes was fine we expected a standard motel room & thats what we got. It was clean & the beds were comfortable. The heating worked fine however there was no heating in the bathroom the tiled floor was freezing & the bathroom was extremely cold forst thing in the morning👍

Don’t waste your money staying here. Had other people’s pubes in the shower, was so noisy. Graffiti scraped into door frames, pen marks all over the mirror, place should be knocked down. You’d be better off grabbing a two man tent from Kmart and camping.

The room was filthy. Do not think it had been cleaned. Toilet had poo in it and shower walls had black hair all over it. I am a redhead so did not come from me. Smell was unbelievable. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone

The owners are lovely people but the rooms themselves were pretty bad they smelt awful an the cleanliness well there wasn’t any the fridge on the inside was gross there was a cookie on the window ledge that had been there long enough I think it belonged in a museum the microwave well I didn’t look inside but the outside was enough for me and the PowerPoints were unsafe as they were hanging out the wall. Such a shame because the owners are very lovely they gave me an additional room due to the online booking not suiting our family.

The room was small and noisy with an old style air con that had seen better days. The bathroom was dated and small. Seven steps up from ground with no lighting. Old furnishing both in the rooms and lying around outside. The beef was an old inner Spring that was not comfortable. Very difficulty to move around in the small bathroom. Not disability friendly at all.
