"The paint in the room was chipping, the phone did not work, the pull out bed was missing and the couch was so raggedy, and the management talks so disrespectful to the staff. A baby came to our door crying with no adult around for a few minutes and another lady and some kids knocked on our door and turned the handle to try to open it! This hotel is raggedy, I am never staying at another Comfort Inn again, the price was cheap and that was the only positive, but it would have been worth it to pay more money for a more comfortable stay, and let’s not forget the kids that ran up and down the hallway everyday early in the morning, and we had to wait for towels and washcloths to get dry to get fresh ones!"

"It was close to Henry Ford. It had plenty of parking so both those were something positive. The negative was: the check in lady gave no information re breakfast or parking. Her only information was where the elevators were. Breakfast was ok and typical of hotel breakfasts. Unit was clean except for the dried urine on the bathroom toilet and towels supplied for 2 people 4 night stay consisted of 2 bath,2 hand towels, 1 washcloth. They did bring more on the 3rd day when we requested more. Checkout was easy by dropping keys into a box."

"The property is outdated the hot tubs we peeling and stained very grimy on top of the grossness, the room above jets were obtrusively loud and then the roof broke and water poured in the room. We were moved to another upgraded king room and the tub was dripping all night. There was rust stains and peeling and grubby finish. The mattresses were terrible "

"There are some issues with some of the curb-cuts for wheelchair accessiblilty at the various entrances, but aside from that, this is an excellent hotel. We will be back this coming weekend for our third stay at this hotel - the staff is awesome!"
