“Very strange and mixed experience. Arrived around 17h to check-in, and there was nobody working in reception. After waiting about 10 minutes and texting the number posted on the wall a lady showed up who didn't seem to speak english or much italian and just handed me a key. I was wondering what would happen at check-out the next morning since I left early, but had opposite experience.
