"I recently spent five days at SORANO HOTEL, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out. The team delivered a warm, attentive welcome that set the tone for the entire visit. Throughout my stay, the staff remained exceptionally professional, accommodating, and detail-oriented. The accommodations exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, with bedding that was remarkably comfortable and made for a truly restful stay. Beyond the room, the hotel’s amenities and wellness facilities are top-tier. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering high-quality selections that were consistently fresh and well-prepared. Every detail of the property reflects thoughtful design and genuine care for the guest experience. SORANO HOTEL delivers a seamless, high-caliber experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning."

"My stay here was a highlight of my trip. The rooftop onsen was amazing and such a cool and unique experience. I also appreciated it is a tattoo friendly onsen so I was actually able to use it! Which was very exciting. The staff were incredible and so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make this day enjoyable and special. I also splurged and got the in-room open air bath and I have to say it was totally worth it! Highly recommend. One thing that I didn't understand ahead of time about staying in a ryokan or traditional Japanese hotel is that there will be a specific person who is your room attendant. When you get to the hotel they will escort you to your room. I had never had this happen before so I was a little confused at first but it's a very kind gesture. And they made it so special by having my name posted on a printed paper outside of the door with a little welcome message in japanese. They have thought of every detail."

"Hotel was good. It’s a 20 min walk from the main station, but there’s also a free shuttle back and forth! Breakfast was also great. The bed was a little rough, i think an extra pillow could help. But overall it was a great stay!"

"This was one of the most genuine place we’ve stayed. The full Japanese experience. Also I highly highly recommend adding the dinner part as it was one of the best meals I had from around the world. (North Americans be aware it’s a ryokan style room, so the bed is on the floor, it’s a Japanese bath, etc…) The family here is genuine and friendly, we will forsure come back. This was the best Japanese experience we ever had. Breakfast also is included, Japanese breakfast (search it up ;) )"

"Very friendly staff at the counter, but they weren’t allowed to watch our bags after checking out early. Very inconvenient very late check-in time of 8pm. Watch out and be aware. However, the room was the smallest we experienced, but the price was not. Very modern very clean toilet and shower. Free water in the fridge for you."
