“Registration was cursory. Certainly not rude, just “fill in your details and here’s your key.” No offer of assistance for two seniors to carry suitcases up narrow stairs. No further information offered. Room was adequate. Shower is traditional British style - in a very high narrow tub, very dangerous for seniors in my opinion. Notice in room that no outside food allowed, and may result in an additional charge. Overall good value for money, but more of a two star than a three star hotel. ”

“Room had a sea view and huge windows. Lots of space for us and a teenager in the one room. Kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge all came in useful. Very friendly staff. On quite a busy road and above a pub so there is noise, but this didn’t bother us as we were staying for one night only while we went to a party.”

“Sadly we had to book breakfast over the phone the previous night,that is any one picked up the phone, we realised this when our answer phone message wasn’t passed on . It felt like the owners really didn’t care for their guests and didn’t want the hassle in dealing with them. The poor young lady was coping well with the problems thrown at her but we definitely will not be staying there again. ”
