โI attended the festival, so wanted something close tp the stadium. This was a perfect location, and in a retail complex , happy days. The hotel staff were warm and nice. We had the family room. My one complaint is, the room needed more eg: only has one bathroom and a small kitchen area, which could benefit from a sink.Not enough for 4 people, also looked bigger on the pictures.
However this did not affect my stay . I will be back next year. โ
โHad room overlooking canal basin. Very hot but fan in room. Fridge microwave and crockery provided with list of local takeaways. Was Stonehouse restaurant next door which was ok as no onsite restaurant. Steep stairs to first floor and no lift seen. Parking ok. โ
โ After a very hot day in the city to come back to a clean room with air conditioning was wonderful, it helped towards a good nights sleep, bed comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace overlooking fields . Found the staff helpful and friendly. โ
โWe had a great reunion last night, everyone was amazing from food to the service. Bar hours could be a bit longer but in all it was a fantastic break โ
โInitial room was unsuitable for our needs, as booked, but thanks to Natalia whose professional outlook actually found a suitable room, our stay was enjoyable although breakfast prices were beyond our budget so we ate offsite . The only thing was was missing in our room was an information booklet regarding site facilities, menus, local amenities etc. and more importantly tv instructions.โ
โThe owners were exceptionally friendly, lovely views from accommodation, and quiet, breakfast was individually cooked and accommodated our food preferences. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to friends and family.โ

Having been to a musical festival and coming back in high spirits, it was wonderful to be served by bar & lounge staff Mandy. She had such high energy and was a total delight to speak with.
Overall, my 1 night stay was good vale for money. โ
