“Our check in time was supposed to be at 4 pm but we were arriving at the hotel at 10 am after having left our cruise. My children were exhausted and needed to sleep but we didn't have anywhere else to go for 6 hours while waiting for our room. We notified the management at our hotel of our situation and they went out of their way to have a room ready for us by 10:30 at no extra charge. Throughout my stay, there were ongoing noise issues, including loud TV starting around 5 a.m. and loud music late at night. After I reported the noise, another guest became extremely aggressive.
