"I have stayed about 4 times here in the past year and since remodeling was in progress ( being a former hotels superintendent remodeling hotels ) My first visit I was amazed for early stages of remodeling how immediately I considered the best architectural design Modern , clean , as the best H hotel I have been ( around 25) And my last stay comfirmed it , ** inconvenience as assumed is not permanent, includes breakfast as amenities ( and once at property they refer you to the restaurant at property Or Dunkin’ Donuts informing you breakfast is not provided nor included Regardless will continue to stay there every trip near that area"

"A very bad experience. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk seemed like she had no desire to work she didn’t even say good evening, and her explanation of where the room was located was given with a poor attitude. The room had a strong musty smell, the sheets had cigarette burn marks, and the bathroom tiles were chipped and deteriorating. The breakfast was very poor as well there was no variety at all. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place, not even for one night."

"The property is nice for what it is and the price. The rooms were pretty clean, house keeping is very friendly. There is 1 elevator so it can take a minute or two to get to where you’re going sometimes. There was a new person on desk that initially scared me and told me my reservation was canceled and there wasn’t anything she could do about it and that I’d need to call Expedia. Even after I told her I had already prepaid for the room and had the receipt; it took a senior front desk agent to correct her and show her my booking that was valid. Overall I’d stay here again. "

"Hotel is very nice and the staff and service are very good. But they don't tell you in advance that the Night Owl Suite, which is one of their more expensive rooms, is across the street from loud music that goes until 2:00 in the morning."
