"The room smelled like to be a smoke free room, the shower hot water was not hot, first time turning on brown water comes out, then running for a few minutes, it clears up and the faucet water shoot out like it has not been used in months"

"The area and hotel was great. New Orleans is very walkable, and walking to the French Quarter takes no more then 25 minutes at a leisurely pace. "Good location, great security, the concierge Mark was very helpful. Good facilities in room and bathroom. Not so good was the bed - it was awful.
