No one in the reception office, just a local phone number, phoned that & got a menu system all in French (not easy for non French speakers to check in). I started randomly wandering around & eventually a very nice lady did appear & check me in. The room was freezing cold, the only heater was the fan heater of the aircon unit, even on full power...
