Unfortunately, the pool was absolutely freezing and the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool. We understand that maintenance issues happen, but we would have appreciated honesty at check-in. If we had been told the amenities were essentially unusable, we could have chosen to cancel rather than discover the issue after...

“room wasn't as clean as expected. Wish the bedding was all white, makes it better to see if it's been cleaned or not, sheets/comforter was too thin, and the TV didn't work at all sadly. Need bigger numbers on the doors though, it seemed small, and hard to see at night since it was very dark out especially if people are coming in late. The towels were not big enough, and the hot water wasn't hot at all, it was mostly lukewarm. Won't be staying here again.”
