Hotel and staff were great. Solid value for the hotel. My only complaint would be the complementary breakfast. It was some frozen breakfast items we had to microwave.

Overall, it was a very good stay. The room is advertised as Texas sized, and they are right. It’s a big room, bed was comfy. They give you liquid hand soap instead of that cheap hotel bar soap, so that was nice. Had a few issues….my tv remote didn’t work except to turn on the tv and adjust the volume, but I was out hiking all day and CNBC wasn’t that bad for an hour or so. Breakfast needs work. You have to heat up your own bacon, eggs, or sausage. At checkout, the person working the counter was a kid, probably in that 10-12 years old range. I’d stay there again if heading out that way

facilities were good overall. However, the internet was not reliable, which was an inconvenience since I needed it for work. The staff was not rude or mean, but they were not welcoming or even properly informative of anything. They gave off the feeling that I was an inconvenience. Getting full information or explanations felt like pulling teeth. Even accounting for personalities or a possible off day, I still prefer a more welcoming staff and may decide to stay elsewhere on future occasion.

Really great stay here. The rooms are a bit older and run down but very clean, large, and comfortable. Bed was nice, AC worked like a dream at the end of June, and the shower was wonderful. Staff was friendly as well.
