"There are 3 hotels in Italy by the same name. I thought I ordered the one that is actually in the alpes but it's not. The location is horrible in there is a lamp post on the window of all the rooms. "Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. During breakfast we couldn’t find our table, it turned out we weren’t even on the list. The organisation was poor to say the least. Since we were the only foreigners in the hotel they made us feel out of place. I should have read the reviews of other people before booking this joke of a hotel. "
