"We truly enjoyed our stay and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was phenomenal—friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed throughout our visit.
The hotel offered great amenities, which added to the overall enjoyment and convenience of our stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both comfortable and inviting.
We greatly appreciated the level of service provided and the attention to detail shown by the entire team. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here.
We would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be booking with this hotel in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service and excellent amenities."
"Air conditioning was very loud. no ice on 2nd or 3rd floor. Out of order signs looked very old. Asked for more coffee and sugars 3 days in a row, never got them. At one point I was told they ran out. But when I walked by the cleaning cart it was loaded with coffee sugar and creamer. ( No I didn't take them from cart) When I signed in they said I had to pay a $25 deposit, This is after my non refundable $600 was already paid. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately they never followed through with the coffee. A lot of little thing but enough to make me never go there again."
"I could not hook up my PPS5 and the staff told me it could not be done Even though I've stayed at many hotels and hook my PS5 up to all of them very disappointed"
"It's a different hotel experience, but definitely a good one. The lobby felt vibrant and alive, even with it being 9pm on a Sunday night and only one guest in the lobby.
The room is very interesting. A newer take on the usual hotel room. We stayed in a similar (albeit much smaller) room in New York City, but this one was more comfortable. Enough space and not lacking in amenities. We were only there for one night but would have been just fine with it for multiple nights.
The only slight drawback was that the in-room fridge was small without any kind of "freezer" portion which made it difficult for us to refreeze the ice packs we were using to keep some food and beverages cold on our long trip (24 hour drive NE to NJ cut in in two by this stay). The bathroom was roomy and the squeeze bottles for all of the soaps was interesting.
Huge TV and comfortable beds. Everything working perfectly. Will definitely consider this as a stop on our next trip out this way.
Breakfast was also very good."

6/10 Okay
"The place was clean and the staff was very helpful! However
There was only 1 of the 2 bottles of "complimentary" (aka $2/ea.) water in our room when we arrived.
The A/C was not working.
We were woken up by construction very early Saturday morning.
The final straw was when we returned to our room that night and could hear 2 small dogs barking in the room next door. Not something the hotel could prevent, but was the last thing we could put up with after trying to work with the other issues.
The employee at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating when we expressed all of this to her and got us a new room very quickly.
(& let us know that they were not informed of the pets in the room next to ours)
Again, staff was helpful and the rooms were clean - it was a list of little things that added up that inconvenienced us our quick trip."
