"There was no air conditioning in room . Pool deck was wet and dirty with sand Hot tub had stuff floating in it Neighbours were up banging and slamming doors all night and talking loud Security was called and then front desk said we could be moved to another room , the noisy people should have been moved out not us . Flooring is dirty , worn and not appealing …. This hotel has lowered its standards and appearance for sure"
