Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We couldn't stay one night. We walked in and saw mold on the ceiling and in the bathrooms. The owner sent me an email “ I apologize for what happened, the problem was that there was a leak in the upstairs apartment a few days ago and the ceiling was stained and the administration had to solve it and still hasn't done it, but we didn't detect the presence of mold during cleaning, tomorrow I can put you in a new apartment if you prefer” Why would I take another room from this owner when, according to his own statement, he was already aware of the issue? I had to find another place for my wife and me to stay. Terrible service. Also, there was no mention of any kind of refund. Again, terrible service.

Mudaram o hotel de última hora e alegaram que houve imprevisto. Ofereceram outro local e depois trocaram novamente. Escolhi esse hotel pela vista para o mar e pelas fotos que condiziam com o que esperávamos. Nós colocaram em um local inferior e por já ter dirigido por 8 horas com esposa e filhos eu fui obrigado a aceitar. Estadia traumatizante. Se não tinha como hospedar que avisassem antes de eu sair do meu estado. Dalta de respeito. Quando ofereceram outro espaço eu até aceitei por ser vista para o mar, mas não chegava nem aos pés do que contratei e pra piorar me colocaram em outro com vista para outro prédio.

Excelente, senti falta de alguns itens de cozinha, a pia do banheiro social estava vazando. No geral, o apartamento é ótimo, muito aconchegante e a vista para o mar maravilhosa.

Excelente estadia

Excelente espaço! Suíte, mais um quarto e banheiro, cozinha americana. Varanda com vista de frente pro mar e calçadão da praia. Condomínio com ótimos serviços de academia, piscina, mini mercado. Bem localizado para passeios a pé e prático acesso a táxi e Uber. Ótima oferta de restaurantes e comércio de supermercado e drogaria ao redor.
