The photos shown on the Expedia website do not reflect the reality of the hotel. I chose a double bed and a single bed, but the hotel did not have them - they had to adapt them. The room was not cleaned daily, but every three days. The walls of the room were dirty, the Wi-Fi did not work, and the decor was ugly and simple. I can confirm that the photos shown do not reflect the hotel. I paid for what I saw on the website and did not see the same in person.

Hotel com bom atendimento, quarto amplo, com boa estrutura. Cafe da manhã muito simples, porém bom. No último dia descobri que tinha mais opções, porém precisava pedir a moça que fica na cozinha e não tem nada informando. Único ponto a melhorar no quarto, colocar porta sabonete e shampoo no banheiro, pois não tem e precisa colocar no chão.

Pousada bem no centro de Fortaleza, no entanto, só indico sair a noite se for de Uber, já que é um pouco esquisito Pousada Simples, mas pra quem procura algo pela redondeza, eu indico, já que acontece bem próximo a feira da madrugada. Café da manhã bem simples. Quarto pequeno, e chuveiro não tem box, alagando todo banheiro. A acústica do quarto também não é uma das melhores, ja que ouvia tudo fora do quarto. Destaque para os funcionários da recepção, foram atenciosos.

Uma pousada bem simples, sem nenhum luxo ou conforto. Chuveiro pessimo, a água caia para todos os lados menos na gente. Cama dura e pequena. Café da manhã bem básico e limitado. Está localizado no centro, a noite fica bem deserto.

Visão geral

A minha experiência foi muito boa, atendimento irretocável, funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. A localização é bem no centro, eu achei que por esse motivo teria dificuldade em sair a noite e usar Uber, mas não tive nenhuma, quartos são novinhos, bem higienizados, confortáveis, o café da manhã é básico, mas o básico que funciona e para mim atendeu bem. Indico e planejo voltar mais vezes para me hospedar neste hotel.

O pessoal do hotel foi muito atencioso e sabe solucionar problemas. Tivemos que ficar constantemente pedindo alguns itens que faltava no café da manhã (como água, achocolatado, omelete), mas a qualidade e o sabor do desjejum foi excelente! Voltaria lá de novo, com certeza.

O café da manhã foi ruim, só tomei o café mesmo no primeiro dia por que tinha um ovo mexido lá que parecia estragado, o piso estava todo sujo de água de esgoto, a funcionária tentava puxar a água com a vassoura mas acabou molhando nossos pés. Sobre a acomodação, a cortina só cobre metade das duas janelas que tem no quarto, então se quiserem dormir no escuro, será impossível, além disso o banheiro muito sujo, tinha uns grãos de milho verde perto da soleira do box e uma cortina de plástico suja.
