Penso que nos dias de recesso de fim de ano o horário do café deve ser pelo menos até 10:30, e além disso a forma como os funcionários se dirigem aos hóspedes determinando que saiam do restaurante e grosseira. Para piorar no dia 1 de janeiro perdi o horário do café por 3 minutos de atraso e pedi um café para servir no quarto, o qual Chegou depois de 1 hora e 40 minutos. Inúmeras ligações ao restaurante e recepção e ainda assim ocorreu esse atraso injustificado.
