Prática de overbooking

Quando chegamos ao local da hospedagem, foi informado sobre a ocorrência de overbooking. Ou seja, de forma inacreditável não tinha quarto para nos hospedar, o que fez com que tivéssemos de procurar outro hotel. Para piorar, o dinheiro não foi devolvido. Situação absurda e constrangedora.

Viagem de final de férias

Hospedagem muito confortável, poucos metros da praia, rua movimentada até altas horas e sempre se consegue pegar Uber. O serviço foi aconchegantes e receptivo, além de comunicativo. Cadê da manhã de casa, ideal para o congresso da manhã. O prédio é bem conservado e o ar funciona muito bem. Recomendo muito.

Segunda visita ao local. Atendimento personalizado e ambiente bem familiar. As acomodações são limpas, quartos com chuveiro eletrico, TV , ar e frigobar. Hotel com ótima localização e em uma área segura. Bom custo benefício para familias.

Era tudo fachada, literalmente

Não nos sentimos bem-vindos desde a chegada. A dona foi extremamente arrogante desde que pisamos na recepção - e trata os funcionários com desprezo. As instalações são péssimas, somente a fachada é bonita (por isso o título). O ar-condicionado estava quebrado e ficamos num quarto mesmo assim. Antes disso tentaram nos remanejar para outra pousada que não tinha nada a ver com o que locamos. Depois de ficar nesse rala e rola, ficamos num quarto de péssimas condições: cama ruim, janela com vista para a parede, o chuveiro não dava nem pra lavar as partes direito… incluindo que tentaram abrir nosso quarto duas vezes enquanto estávamos dormindo y otras cositas más. O café da manhã atrasou pq a cozinheira faltou e já às 7h30 o queijo acabou e não foi reposto (e os outros hóspedes???). Mesmo ainda na pandemia, nenhum funcionário usava máscara, nem nos foi oferecido álcool para higienizar as mãos. PS.: Nunca pisem lá. É sério, é horrível. Foi traumatizante.

Ótima localização e ideal para famílias.O hotel possui quartos que comportam a família e é localizado de frente pro mar, onde basta atravessar a rua para ter acesso a praia. Recomendadíssimo.

Para ser ruim, terá de melhorar muito!!

Ruim, instalações velhas, mal cuidadas, pintura das paredes emboloraras e caindo em placas. Banheiro horrível, box de acrílico velho, chuveiro sujo, grades da janela totalmente enferrujadas. Sujeira debaixo da cama, incluindo uma garrafa de água mineral. Tive de pedir toalhas, sabonete e lençol. Bufet do café da manhã fraquíssimo, sala de café mal cuidada, relaxada. Até um gato que subia nas cadeiras havia. Estacionamento terceirizado, custa 1/3 da diária. Deplorável, este nunca mais!!!
