Maid service was exceptional, property condition was beautiful and exactly as shown in pictures. Communication with property management was excellent and will work with them again in the future. I highly recommend this company!

Prestar mais atenção antes de fechar.

O apartamento do Flat é bom. Porém, ao chegar na hospedagem, não havia se quer uma garrafa de água, pois o frigobar nada tinha. Como não prestei atenção no fechamento, somente lá que fiquei sabendo que a estadia era por administradora (imobiliária) e não pelo hotel/flat. Pedi para trocar as toalhas, fui informado que somente as trocas eram a cada 5 dias, caso eu quisesse pagaria 35 reais. Ao reclamar, me deram uma troca de toalhas, porém mesmo assim, houve troca das roupas de cama com 4 dias e toalha. Bem, por uma hospedagem não barata, isso torna inviável a hospedagem. O café da manhã por 35,00 reais, e não vale a pena, muito fraco e ruim. Há um café na esquina, embora abra às 11da manhã, mas com 35 reais se come muito bem, ou no Pão de açúcar, próximo ao Flat. Mas serviu para eu prestar mais atenção no fechamento. E o pagamento não é parcelado, e com uma negociação direta pela administradora do apartamento, consegui fechar em 3 parcelas, mas cobraram juros, e além disso parcelaram pela administradora do cartão. Portanto, fiquei muito desanimado com a hospedagem e a experiência.

O flat é muitissimo bem localizado. A parte da praia em frente foi recentemente revitalizada. Fomos bem recebidos na recepção. O preço é excelente e os quartos também. Tivemos apenas um problema com um vazamento no banheiro, mas nada retirou o conforto do flat. Gostei muito.

Pode melhorar.

A localização é boa e a unidade onde fiquei tinha bom estado de conservação, mini cozinha com todos os utensílios. Pecou pela qualidade do enxoval oferecido, reposição somente a cada 5 dias e a absurda taxa de 35,00 para reposição de toalhas antes desse prazo. Próximo a mercados e restaurantes.

Staff really unfriendly, they didn't let me feel like a welcome customer. Every request is like a big problem for them. Nice seaview, but that's it. Unless you speak portuguese of course! I would love to suggest that English is the international language. Its time to learn it, especially in hospitality.
