Property is great, with only imperfection being the room size. However, the hotel managed went above and beyond to resolve an unexpected difficulty. Definitely staying with them next time I’m in FDM!

Everything was wonderful, location, room, service. What was missing was an international tv channel - which in my opinion is standard for a 4* hotel. Breakfast eggs would have been nice as well. Other than that all great.

Fate attenzione all'interno della camera

Un'esperienza per niente gradevole. Iniziamo con l'arrivo in camera e scoprire che la stanza era infetta dai tarli. Tempestivamente mi cambiano camera ma ho ricevuto una camera più piccola, un bagno che emanava un odore troppo forte di candeggina (comprendo l'igiene e la sanificazione ma il troppo, toppa), una stanza molto calda al mio ingresso (ho dovuto avviare personalmente l'aria condizionata), senza flaconconi di bagnoschiuma (sono andato nella prima stanza infetta - avevo ancora le chiavi per lo spostamento bagagli - a prenderli), mini bar senza alternative. La ciliegina sulla torta. Verso la partenza ho chiesto al receptionist (tutti sanno che loro hanno i contatti diretti dei tassisti) un taxi alle 15 (alle 15.21 avevo il treno). Premessa, arrivato in città mi è arrivata notizia che in giro c'è un tassista cinese che è stato denunciato dai carabinieri per un abuso fatto a dei turisti motivo per cui - dopo averlo denunciato anche al comune di competenza - non può esercitare. Chi arriva all'albergo? Il cinese! Dico e penso, è uno scherzo? Dopo attimi di imbarazzo il tassista è dovuto andare via. È possibile che io lo sapessi e il receptionist no? Credo lo sapesse. La fine della storia? Ho chiesto un altro tassista che ovviamente è arrivato tardi. Alla fine ho spostato la partenza di mezz'ora. Storia triste. Ha un buon potenziale la struttura ma la direge una banda si sconclusionati (salvando la pace di alcune persone che ho incrociato durante il pernottamento).

Una favola

Soggiorno fantastico. La struttura è molto bella, in posizione centrale. Il personale e di una cortesia disarmante! Molto pulito e con un servizio di cambio eccellente. Colazione abbondante e buonissima. Ben pensata la consegna del tagliando per la sosta e la circolazione nella ztl. Struttura consigliata.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour, le personnel était très gentil. Je n’en retient que du positif sauf quelques petites choses. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées et donc j’entendais toutes les discussions téléphoniques de ma voisine de chambre après minuit. Le seul autre truc négatif c’est le sèche cheveux... il date de quand ?

Hotel mediocre en un lugar demasiado exclusivo

Pensábamos estar en un hotel de 4 estrellas y no da para eso. La habitación era tan chica que aunque habíamos pedido camas individuales optamos por dejarla como una sola. El aire no se podía regular adecuadamente, enfriaba mucho y luego, si uno lo subía más, daba calor. Las almohadas eran muy duras. Las alfombras de los pasillos muy gastadas. El comedor una sala enorme con mesas, nada de acogedora. Los estar que había en la entrada tampoco invitaban a sentarse en ellos. El desayuno si era muy bueno. Tuvimos problemas con internet, no hubo el primer día. Logramos estacionar en la calle, cerca del hotel, sin costo alguno. El hotel está en un sector muy exclusivo y por lo tanto, muy caro en todo sentido, tanto para comer (restaurantes) como para comprar y para ir a la playa (en promedio, había que pagar alrededor 50 euros para poder ingresar a la playa y estar en ella, o caminar alrededor de 3-4 km para ir a una playa pública). Es un sector con escasa vida nocturna, más bien residencial, como para ir a descansar si es que uno acostumbra gastar mucho.

Old world charm with a service

due giorni in centro a Forte dei Marmi

hotel in posizione strategica,inizio della zona pedonale,camere accoglienti ,funzionali e ben riscaldate anche in giornate fresche come questo 25 Aprile,nonostante località turistica hotel aperto tutto l'anno, servizio efficiente con personale molto cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste,buon rapporto qualità /prezzo.sicuramente da consigliare anche a famiglie.

Bella struttura in posizione perfetta per shopping e spiaggia. Purtroppo il personale alla reception, tranne uno molto in gamba, non all' alltezza ma sicuramente colpa di Proprietà o Management non al' altezza e che non da giuste direttive. Le camere ad esempio pur con hotel mezzo vuoto vengono assegnate tutte una accanto all' altro e nin avndo una adeguata insonorizzazione sono disturbati tutti i pochi ospiti. Basterebbe essere un po piu smart ed assegnare le camere ad esempio ogni 2 lasciandone sempre una libera in mezzo.... Il bar dell' hotel alle 22 e' gia chiuso causando un disservizio alla clientela ed un mancato utile alla gestione
