"We had heavy luggage as are also going skiing, so the location of HNN right near Principe Train Station & Flixbus stop was a big factor. But it's also an easy walk to all of the old town & the waterfront. When staying in hotels we always like option of a good breakfast included: HNN provides a very good one, with a variety of savoury, sweet, good pastries & cake, unlimited proper coffee, tea, juice, eggs etc. Reception staff v helpful, easy checking, stored our luggage pre & post check-in and checkout."

"The staff were extremely Lu attentive, kind and helpful. The room had all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel is excellent. At first I thought the traffic noise would be a problem, but it was not. I would stay there again. "

"The bed and bathroom were great! The flooring, room and couch seemed a bit dated, ac was a bit noisy. But service was good. Breakfast was also not bad - cold only but ok. 2 varieties of cold cuts , some cheese, cakes/bread etc The Luxury tag didn’t quite go with my room but all in all it was ok. There was an elevator. The good part was it was just a 2 minute walk from the station . "

"The physical location was great and the rooms were good enough. This was our second experience with "Wonderful Italy" and they just didn't impress me. They seem like an uncaring corporation who just does the bare minimum for the properties they manage. For instance, there was no microwave and no hot water kettle. Many of the pans in the cabinets were not even the proper materials for the induction cooktop. So, why were they even there?! They texted us repeatedly about cleaning up and sorting trash and check-out times and so forth... yet the knives in the drawers were encrusted with filth when we arrived. So, the place is fine - just not the care I would want."
