"What a great hotel! Very friendly staff and everything seemed to work well and efficiently. Very comfortable room with everything you could want,& really nice bathroom .We had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant and tasty breakfast in the bistro ,with very good service for both. Amazing view out over the Forth Rail Bridge as well. Parking on street nearby was ok for us as we stayed on a Saturday night and it’s free on Sunday. Thank you !"

"We enjoyed our stay for the most part, only iffy experience was during breakfast and one lady got a little attitude when I asked to get breakfast for the day and she just kept telling me to go to the reception desk even though I had purchased at the little stand the day before. The food for breakfast was very yummy! The only thing I wish they had was a bigger concession stand with more drink options instead of a vending machine with only about 5 sodas and Gatorade and the water that tastes very minerally."

"Really enjoyed our short stay - the king room was spacious, very clean with a modern bathroom. The room had a good hairdryer, plenty of storage and an iron & ironing board plus a hospitality tray with breakfast tea, coffee and shortbread. The bathroom had handwash and shower gel but no shampoo, conditioner or lotion so take your own if you need them. Breakfast was an extensive cold buffet plus hot items cooked to order - always better than a buffet. Did not eat in the hotel as we had dined out earlier but there seemed to be plenty of locals in the spacious bistro, lounge and bar area so would probably be good. Value for money too with hotels.com discount"
