"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived and the lovely lady at reception showed us to the car park every encounter with staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was lovely and well maintained, the restaurant was delicious and so atmospheric and the hammam perfect. They all deserve congratulations and I will recommend to everyone to stay at your hotel!"

"My stay was really good. The staffs were very friendly, helpful and professional which I think is a common thing in Albania. The Sunna and steam room were really good, I had a great time using the gym as well. The breakfast was good but sometimes left cold. In general, its was a good stay. I’ll definitely come back again."

"The hotel itself is quite modern. It has all amenities working. The check in was smooth. The bed and pillows were top notch. The shower was powerful. The location of the hotel however is very central. It is located in a commercial district full of shops and cafes. As such parking is not easily available. I had to circle the area for minutes leading to hours just to find street parking. The hotel itself has no parking on-site. Apart from that, excellent."
