"The hotel was clean and room was spacious with Lovly king size bed and just on beachfront location , swimming pool was extremely clean , Lovly sea view . But overall very satisfied with our stay. Would recommend if you need quiet and relaxing holiday"

The highlight of my stay was, without question, the deep tissue massage — the best I have ever had in my life. On top of that, the free access to the spa facilities made it an incredible value. Between the sauna, steam, and relaxation areas, it was exactly what my body needed after such a long day of travel. I truly fell in love with this place — it exceeded every expectation I had. "My wife and I stayed at Relax Inn for 5 nights and it was absolutely amazing! The overall experience from the warm welcome when we arrived till our check out was just splendid. There was a receptionist - Sola (hoping I’ve spelt it correctly) who we absolutely appreciate her efforts, thanks for everything. I will recommend Relax Inn for anyone planning to stay in Durrës. The only reason I gave a 3 star for cleanliness is because the drain in the shower had an odour every morning. Asides that, we enjoyed everything about our stay there."

"Hotel Room and staff were lovely as was the food, the spa facilities are nice but front of desk staff at spa, not very good (booked couples massage with prosecco and fruit, no fruit or prosecco, we complained and they told us they did not offer this and we felt like they were implying we were lying) -the spa is not ran by the hotel"

"This is an amazing property and Facility. We ate at the Restaurant, used the Hammam and got a scrub. This was an enjoyable place right in the Center of the Action. Will stay here every time I am in Durres."
