“The room was stunning, loved the sea view from our balcony. Breakfast was amazing and there was a wide variety of food choices. The staff made our experience even better! They were very helpful, attentive and friendly. We did stay at San Angelo during April- the low season- so the bar and restaurants were sadly not open yet. The spa also was not availabile yet, but we were able to use the sauna and jacuzzi- which was lovely. Overall having stayed in the low season, the hotel was very quiet...

“Being a solo traveller is not easy but the staff at the Hotel really looked after me. It was out of season so normal amenities should not have been available but I was still spoilt for choice when eating all meals and really looked after by Arind, which was especially appreciated. I may certainly look to revisit in perhaps September to enjoy the Hotel in full flow !”

“The room was a bit tired but comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights and on my second night there was a running water sound all night, it was loud and I couldn’t block the sound with earbuds. It was extremely annoying. The location was good and the staff friendly.”

“Very modern hotel which has been renovated recently. It’s in a quiet part in between Golem and durress. The address on Expedia is incorrect and took us to about 5km away from the actual hotel. There are nice restaurants and mini supermarkets nearby. Beach is also good. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff are friendly. We had a room facing the busy road which was awful. Beeping cars through the night and barking dogs. I would recommend getting a sea facing room. Great value for money ”

“This was our second stay at MK Tirana, and it was just as good as the first! Because we are a family of four, we stayed in the larger room that has a bedroom and living room, which has a couch that opens into bunk beds for our boys. “Bar in restaurant only had one flat prosecco which I sent back as it was vile. They said that they had no alternative. One of the swimming pools was thick with stagnant algi and pute green, so we couldnt use it ”

“The facility would get 5 star for location, cleanliness and staff. The only reason I gave it a 4 overall was because of facility condition (internet went out, and doors were locked at 7 am and I had to find a way out of 3rd floor to exit building) and breakfast (the quality wasn’t that great, with coffee being particularly horrific). I have to particularly commend the staff. They were consistently helpful. ”
