We booked last minute and 20 minutes later we were in our penthouse house. 2 bedrooms, living room 2 bathrooms - was beautifully designed and decorated. The hotel smells wonderful, with exception to when some people smoke in the lobby but it's Albania - everyone smokes. The beds were amazingly comfortable, clean and fresh every day. Great looking hotel and great location.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single team member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, featuring gorgeous design, immaculate rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere. It is rare to find a place where both the property and the hospitality are this flawless. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning!

We liked the location within easy walking distance of everything in Tiranë. The room was large and comfortable. The included breakfast was tasty and well replenished. The pool looks spectacular on the roof but is very cold and limited opening hours.

A lovely classic hotel. The rooms are beautiful and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast food options were varied and tasted good. The staff very professional and courteous. Special thanks to Vini from the lovely roof top bar as he made our evening special with his cocktail making skills and wonderful customer service. It is my second stay at this hotel and will be the only place I book if I return to Tirana.

I ordered tacos on the rooftop bar that were delicious. And the breakfast buffet the next day had quite a lot of choices. The buffet was well stocked. Also delicious. I would recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful.

Really good sized room, excellent facilities, pool, bars, restaurant etc: taxi service to and from the airport, excellent, professional, friendly and helpful staff. Good location around a 15/20 minute easy walk to the centre. Had a great enjoyable stay.
