Luz Hotel by Castelo Itaipava
The hotel is cheap, but very badly located. There is only one restaurant close by. So you need to prepare to use a lot of ubers or taxis. There is a taxi booth just in front of the hotel. So that is quite useful. The hotel won't win any prizes for quality, but it does the job okay enough.

You go here for the views of course. The common areas are beautiful. The rooms are 3 star - not 5. They are worse than a premier inn or a Hampton room - small, shabby and dated. Complexo Eco Cataratas Resort by SJ
Excellent hotel to stay. Super close to the airport and the falls. Be prepared to eat at property because there are no restaurants around. But the restaurant in the hotel has excellent breakfast and dinner. The pool area is also nice. Overall we enjoyed the time we spent here.
