"Place was dirty. I had to go to the reception to have someone actually come to my room and clean the bathroom. Don’t ever recommend anyone to come. My sisters room had a roach in it. We had the rooms rented for 2 nights and left Saturday night after seeing the roach in the room. I have a video of the bathroom and how dirty it was they checked us in."

"The hotel and our room was so clean and smelled so fresh. Everyone was so nice and polite. It didn’t matter who we spoke to everyone was so friendly. Always saying good morning and have a good day. "

"Kids running through the hallways yelling. Cleaning lady next door pounding away on something (next to room 422). Elevator in center was broken. My key card went dead after each day…had to go to front desk for new keycard. This happened on my last 2 night visit too. Besides that…we love the place. Great Breakfast and restaurant/bar. Nice atmosphere."

"The only issue was that the AC in our room wasn’t working. But it seemed to be the whole hotel because the hallways and lobby were warm too."

"Great place. Only problem is the low toilet's. They need to up grade to high toilets. "

"We did not have hot water (just above room temp was about as much as we could get for either shower) or even in our sink to wash our hands; I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and when we got on site it was caution taped off and not able to use. The room was cold even when we turned the heat up to 71/72 degrees. The TV remote did not work unless you were standing directly in front of the TV, you could not use it from the bed at all. We had breakfast at the iHOP and the staff there were very slow and very little acknowledgement to customers when they walk in the door even with staff standing/walking right by them (very cold, in my opinion), food was sub-par (meat came out cold, hashbrowns were not very good and the eggs were almost water-like runny). Unfortunately, we did not have time to wait to send back our food and ate it anyways. The only staff we interacted with was check in staff and she was very nice and quick with check in. I have zero complaints about the staff. The only issue I would have about direction from staff would be when she directed us to our room, she gave directions as if we knew the property (never stayed before) and when I asked about parking, she said to park anywhere. Again, I was asking about closest door to our entrance, elevator(s) or room. "

"The room was very clean and so was the rest of the building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. There is one thing I would of added to it and that would of been biscuits and gravy, they just go with eggs and sausage. =D The controls for the Air and heat was so nice cause it was on the wall just like at home! My husband thought it was the best place we have ever stayed at. That means a lot coming from him. =)"
