โThe manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didnโt do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. "It is safe and excellent in terms of shopping, transportation, and overall convenience; however, there are some inconveniences with the accommodation. The ventilation is poor after showering, and the internet is slow."
"The room was more spacious than expected, and it had a refrigerator, which was very convenient. The hotel is located close to major tourist attractions and the McCormick Place convention center, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and attending events. There are grocery stores nearby, and public transportation such as the subway and buses are easily accessible. It took less than 30 minutes to get to the airport by Uber. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."
