“I’m an airline crew member. Finished my trip late in the day and arrived at the hotel around midnight. I asked them to extend my stay until noon (one hour later than the regular time), and they agreed. At 8 a.m., someone tried to enter my room without knocking while I was asleep. “We’ve stay at Hampton Inns many times and this was the first time we’ve had any concerns. Overall stay was okay. There was no elevator service to the parking garage, but this was stated when we arrived as due to elevator repair/reno and we were given tips to drop off luggage before parking, etc. But the breakfast was a fiasco. It ended at 9am which was a very surprising and chaotic/stressful both for many of the guests scrambling to get breakfast at the last minute. The poor employees were...

“I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot.”

“This was a very nice hotel. Rooms were very large, bathroom set up was great, and it was very clean. We stayed in the side facing the interstate, and it was a little loud with trucks at times. Only real feedback we would have is in regard to the food service workers in food court and sports bar. The service was a little slow and a few weren’t sure how to serve the products in the area they were working. This was not the case however at the fine dining restaurant.”
