3 stars due to property location. Major drug addiction and homelessness problems right away as soon as you step out of the lobby. Otherwise the hotel facilities are fine. Didn’t feel safe around the hotel area.

The hotel is great. The staff is wonderful. The location would be amazing accept 1 block away is the red light district and 2 blocks away the need distribution. Never felt unsafe but I learned to read ALL the review of a hotel after this experience.

Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is pretty bad. It’s right by the train station which has a seedy red light district and groups of unsavory characters hanging about.

Good hotel / interesting neighborhood.
Hotel itself was good, modern, good sized room, nice bathroom. TV didn't allow hdmi input which was annoying. Breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and cold food. Gym really good including two peloton bikes The location of the hotel is interesting. Across the road is the posh Westend area. Going the other way, you walk past love hotels and a run down neighbourhood but only for two blocks or so. Hotel is not far from Frankfurt Hbf station but a little hard to get to due works outside the station.

Room quite spacious. Walking distance to the main hbf. Alot of nearby kiosk and restaurant. The only thing that i dislike is the environment nearby alot of dodgy people taking drugs in the middle of broad daylight. Overall i will say i had a pleasant stay. Will definitely book this hotel again if happen to visit frankfurt in the future.
