“The front-desk admin during check in was jovial, personable, good fun to talk with after a long day's motorbike ride. She also told me where I could park my bike to keep it out of the rain. Such consideration is exemplary customer service. To boot, the room was clean, recently appointed, quiet, and bed was comfortable.”

“I stopped for the night on a road trip. I was checked in quickly & the room was sparkling clean. I was bringing the contents of a relative's refrigerator, so I was thrilled to see the larger, apartment-size fridge, not a mini fridge. Everything in the room was very dated, but I didn't care. The mini fridge & microwave worked, and the bed was super comfortable! The staff was just one woman who may have been the owner. She was super nice & helpful.”
