“I was extremely satisfied with this hotel.
- its location is JUST the best ~ very near from Train station and most of key places in the city
- its ataffs are extremely kind and more than ready to help me out
- its breakfast is very good. Even it has Champaigne.
_ it offered me many bottles of water (with and without gas) - extremely appreciated...
Definitely like to come back..”

“Location is very convinient if you use bernaqua.
But poor english level for receptionists. If you are not german speaker don't expecting the information in details. Answer rudely even if they didn't understand my question at the front desk.
There is No professionnalisme
! Check well your credit card bill after check out !
They took some cost from my credit card, which i didn't use, without asking or checking further.
No word of sorry or try to solve quickly because 'it's very busy season...
