Check in was easy and staff was friendly. This is an old motel which is fine but some upkeep is needed. The mattress in the sofa bed was disgusting. The plugs near the sink do not work so you cannot use the hairdryer in the room since it’s attached to the wall. But my biggest complaint was how noisy it was. There were people running around in the rooms above us and the people on each side were also hitting walls. There were people yelling outside. All of this noise went on well after midnight. It did not get quiet until 3am. This was not a cheap room so all of the above is unacceptable.

Our King suite was nice, clean and comfortable. We did have the opportunity to try their breakfast. Unfortunately, Eggs and sausage weren’t kept warm. They were probably room temperature. Waffles were good off the waffle maker.

I was completely surprised at how nice the room was. It was very nice and comfortable. It was close to downtown area. It had different drinks you could get in the lobby. It had a nice pool area and the staff were all very nice. Fact is I thought it would be no more than a place to sleep. It was so much more. It was so much more

Owners were great and very attentive. Our room however could have used a very good scrub down. They were in the middle of working on some rooms but the overall cleanliness left some to be desired.

nicest place we had stayed in our trip from dallas to sedona and back via fredricksburg and the least expensive! quite, easy, room had sofa, fridge, bar sink and microwave, all good!

The room was clean, Breakfast was not so good. Arrived the 1st day, the manager told me 'breakfast 6-9 on weekday, 7-9 on weekend.' As I leave today (Tuesday), I went to take breakfast:about 6:10am room was dark. I rang the door bell, The lady worked at breakfast, told me from the balcony 'breakfast start 7 not 6' "Why? Is it 6?' 'No.' It was unbelievable. I will not recommend and I will never go back to this hotel.
