“Nice stay in unique building”

“Good stay when I needed some rest on my way home from a trip. The guy behind the desk was super friendly and helpful. Pet friendly, no real area to potty your pup.... so plan to be taking your pet for walks. But a nice, super basic yet comfortable place. I couldnt figure out working the tv for the life of me, but you can always call the front desk during their working hours! Served it's purpose for my dog and I on our way up the coast.”

“Enjoyed my stay at Hampton inn in Rohnert park. Everyone was nice. Hotel was clean. Did not check out the amenities. Breakfast was not great The eggs, French toast and potatoes were cold, coffee wasn’t very good. Did not know I had to pay for parking. The people above me were running around at midnight.”

“There are so much space between door and door frame. Cockroaches or small mouse can go throuth it. The water from the shower head is scattered and I had a hard time to rinse my hair. ”

“We loved our stay! We wore their luscious robes for our walk down to the hot tub and comfortably heated pool, where we enjoyed a relaxing soak and dip. Our patio was lovely and we enjoyed seeing the cattle and deer. We had read some negative reviews about the continental breakfast but we were pleased with the fresh croissant, tasty muffin, orange, granola & milk. “The “blanket” on the bed was just a sheet. My room only had 1 pillow for the bed. There was no do not disturb sign. I work overnights and was worried housekeeping was going to interrupt my sleeping. Every time I left my room, my room keys were de-magnetized; even if I went down the hall. I kept my room keys separated and not near anything but literally had to go to the office multiple times a day to get my keys to work. The room numbers were not easy to figure out and all over the place. Signage...

“I never ended up staying at the property as when checking in they gave away the room of the couple we were traveling with. Though advertised as "guaranteed" they overbooked the property and the only reason I got the last room was because I checked in before them when we arrived. It could easily have been me if they checked in first. In speaking to the General Manager he spent an hour and a half telling us we could not get any compensation but one nights stay at a future time. He said he found a...
