"An excellent option if you have a rental car and use as a hub. Metro station is 15 minutes away and can use the park and ride garage, alternately you can drive into Vienna in about 30
minutes but risk hitting traffic and paying more for parking. Food at the hotel was real good. "

The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected and uncomfortable—definitely not what was shown online. It honestly felt more like a shelter than a hotel. When we left early, we hoped for a partial refund for the two unused nights, but they refused. I’m not writing this out of anger, but I hope it helps others avoid the same experience. Please read this seriously before booking. A little research can save you from a lot of stress—and lost money."
