Grand Case Beach Club

"Grand Case Beach Club is a fantastic place to stay. The beach is beautiful, well-maintained, and one of the calmer beaches on the island. I traveled with my older mother, who is nervous around large waves, and she found the water very calm, approachable, and easy to enjoy. The staff were also responsive and helpful. A few minor issues came up in our room, including something not working in the shower, and someone came quickly each time to fix them. The rooftop pool is a major highlight. It is thoughtfully designed for children and older guests, and the view is truly unmatched, one of the best on the island without hiking up a mountain. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and carefully laid out, with a kitchen, pots and pans, and an espresso machine. My only criticisms are minor. The gym could use more equipment, since even during low season it could be difficult to access a machine. Sunset Cafe is convenient, but the drinks and breakfast can be hit or miss, and beach service could be more frequent. At times, only one person appeared to be covering the beach, so waits could reach 30 minutes. Since it is the only restaurant on the property, more consistency would be welcome, although Grand Case’s restaurants are just a short walk away. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return."
Orient Beach Hotel

"Great Location and Comfortable Rooms, but Operations Could Be Tighter Overall, I had a good stay at Orient Beach Hotel and would rate it 4 out of 5. The rooms are spacious, modern, well-appointed, and easy to navigate. I stayed in a ground-floor unit and really enjoyed the patio, oceanfront view, and breeze. The location is excellent. Orient Village is only a few minutes away on foot, and there are many great restaurants along the beach. Breakfast at KKO was also good, with pastries, cold cuts, fruit, and yogurt though I would note birds were often picking at the bread without many attempts from staff to stop them. Ultimately the main issue was inconsistent service and follow-up. We booked two rooms, and one had weak air conditioning at check-in. There was confusion about whether it would be repaired or whether we would be moved, and I had to follow up myself for an answer. A shower feature in another room took about two days to fix, and staff did not provide updates because the room phone was not working (my phone issue could have also been proactively fixed but never was). There were also a couple of occasions when supposedly clean beach towels were visibly dirty. None of these issues ruined the stay, and the staff was helpful when prodded, but the hotel needs clearer procedures, stronger quality control, and more proactive communication. That said and overall, the location, rooms, and views made it an enjoyable experience."

"My check in receptionist was excellent i forgot his name he is very good Parking needs to be adjusted better some solo travels in that darkness not cool . There is a awful smell in the dining room close to drink station or maybe bar is definitely a turn off please fix that . Yes i would stay again"

"The rooms are great and very spacious, the pool is so cute , breakfast is good . Reception staff Carla was very helpful and adorable but another lady we met the next day was not as friendly and definitely glad we got greeted by Carla and not that lady . Just know that the beach is full of seaweed and hard to even get into the water and the odor makes it hard to stay . We drove to the Dutch side for better beaches but still loved the hotel . Cleaning staff was always sweet and did an amazing job . We loved Jay . We did loose power couple times two different days for about one hour and half ,"

"Staff very helpful with all request and suggestions for restaurants and places to visit while visit st. Martin room was cleaned daily upon request all helped with transportation around island and to ferrys to other surroundings island awesome time will definitely suggest to anyone visiting the hommage hotel and residence on the french side of St.Martin 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
