"I honeslty expected more from the hyatt house as far as it related to amenities, and the room. didnt have a bad experience I think I was just a little underwhelmed. But breakfast options were great and the staff was very welcoming and warm. The bartender Lariya was a 10 outta 10. Great customer service. My overall experience was great. I would stay again. "

"Parking was great. Didn't eat in house Our 2 complaints were peeling paint in bathroom and peeling wallpaper in hallways. The biggest issue is we had no hot water on Saturday 3/21. Was very disappointed in our stay with the exception of the staff we had to deal with."

"Upon arrival, the hotel had people almost everywhere in the parking lot. Entering the lobby, the hotel had the most potent smell of body odor in the common areas; the lobby, halls, and elevator. The elevator was scary. Every time I got on the elevator I was saying a silent praying because of how shaky and off track it felt. There was a big deposit for the room on top of how much the room was, which was ok but I have stayed in FAR better establishments for a wayyy cheaper price. The first room we were giving…. bodily fluids on the bed skirt, stains on the walls, torn leather seats, unkempt bathroom, etc. Due to their refund policy and the fact it was almost midnight when we checked in we were forced to just do a room change. I wanted my refund back sooo bad. The second room given was a SLIGHT upgrade from the last but disappointed me by the missing amenities that were missing. I would never ever book this place again. I wish I could get ALL of my money back."

I will say that the hotel was nicely furnished, very clean, the staff was efficient and helpful, my room was equally nice, clean, and comfortable-nice sheets, good mattress, nice towels, and handy accessories like coffee/tea machine, hand cream etc."
