"Pool was broken and closed down, which was one of the main reasons for choosing the property. They did call while we were on the way and let us know, and offered to let us cancel, but canceling was not feasible. The elevators were a nightmare as one was broken and stuck on first floor, but they did not deactivate it, causing issues for everyone in a large hotel on a very busy weekend."

"Didn’t realize when booking some rooms are older while others have been renovated. We stayed in an outdated room where the material on the headboards had been scratched off. Also when my kids would touch it the material would blacken off onto the bed. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock and it just looked dingy. I wish I would’ve had the option of knowing about the room situation because I would’ve opted for an updated room or made another selection. The indoor pool was also closed which was a bummer!"
