โIt's a beautiful property. The staff was amazing and we were able to check in an hour early with no issues. The apothecary lounge was neat and the drinks were great. The bed was comfortable and the room has all the necessary amenities. I'll definitely be staying here again. โ
โWe are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days.
On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day.
We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan.
I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...
โGreat historic property across the street from Old Town. Beautiful grounds which include 2 wonderful hot tubs. Complimentary made to order breakfast is a very nice touch! Would highly recommend!โ
