"Car alrams going off all night, i was put net to a exit and guys in and out all night loud poeple tub would back up with water i didnt sleep in all night ... two towels for four people.. not enough breakfast for us it was gone by 7am we waited a bit to see it they would refill and disnt end up eating there .. i was very unhappy with my stay pool closed by 9pm not 10 .. "

"When I arrived, I was told I might not get two beds that I booked six weeks ago, but the concierge did his magic and got me my room and put me and my party at ease. Overall, the staff was excellent. "

"Great location. Very close to Old Town and directly across from Sawmill Market- so that in itself made it very convenient. Also close to freeway so easy to get to other places around town. ( but no road noise). Very nice gym and bar area. The restaurant looked cool but we chose to eat in local restaurants. Rated things a 4 because no notice the pool was closed for maintenance for 1 1/2 days of our stay ( in 2026 hotels really need to be more transparent with amenities not being available- this makes a difference when booking, yes but also avoids a partially dissatisfied customer). On the flip side, the gym was amazing- very large and had a nice selection of weights, bikes, treads, and even a yoga space. The balcony furniture needed some updating and stabilization as the chairs did not sit level on the balcony- the table was also wobbly ( neither of these things could have been changed while we were there but worth mentioning ( room 407) so others are aware. The faucet design while unique made it hard to wash your hand as the faucet was set low into the bowl ( to avoid splashing but compromising basic function- still usable but just so consumers know it’s awkward- at least in this particular room- may not be in other rooms. Also the cleaning staff didn’t remove some dirty glasses over a two day period during our stay. Overall, very nice property- staff was wonderful- but at this price point, the little things make a difference. "

"Check in was kinda rough. The male that checked me in threw my ID at me when giving my ID back to me. At first I didn't think anything of it but I thought, hey, I'm having a bad day too. So, I just shrugged my shoulders and said, " I guess were all having a day like this". And then he said he was sorry. I get to my room and immediately to the restroom as i just did a 4.5 hour drive. The toilet papeR was down to the last 8 sheets, but i always carry a rol with me just incase. Bed was very comfy and I didnt partake of the breakfast. "
