I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and Patti at the front desk is one of the best I’ve come across. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that everything was right during my stay. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She made a great first impression and is a big reason I’d stay at this Holiday Inn again. I hope management recognizes what an asset she is—employees like Patti deserve to be appreciated.

I really do not want to write a bad review. The area was amazing walking distance to good food. Very safe location. The hotel was rough. Only 1 elevator worked. Pool was down for maintenance but no one was working on it. There are giant stains in the carpets around the hotel. Paint was peeling off the wall in my room, and the a/c in my room sounded awful. Staff was nice, and helpful. Breakfast was not until 6:30. Was there on business and was having to leave at 6:30.
