Fresno, California hotel rooms at the Best Western

"Rooms definitely need attention. Our room key deactivated so I had to go back to the lobby to get it activated again luckily I made it in before they closed the lobby. I tried checking out early around 7:30am and the lobby was closed until 9 am. I was not going to miss my graduation ceremony I left in hopes that I would make it back in time to check out to avoid any extra fees. The customer service number posted on the door was useless no one answered and I couldn’t leave a message as their voicemail wasn’t set up. Won’t be stay here again! I wasn’t the only up set customer this morning."

"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Expected free breakfast, but had to pay $18. Breakfast selection could have been better. No yogurt. No fresh fruit. I asked if they had some fruit and they brought some out."

"I did not stay in the room at all. The bed had bed bugs and i had been scratching my legs. Also, when getting into the shower, there was insects/ants. I did not feel comfortable and left the hotel immediately. I was clearly disappointed. Never staying here again!"

"We chose this hotel cause the ratings and price were what we need. I was in the hospital. Husband stayed he said it was outdated looked nothing like pictures. Shower head loose/ flimsy low pressure. Room smelled musty."

"We traveled 3 hours to look at new houses in the area and I’ve never had a bad stay at La Quinta until this location, it is very out dated, the chairs to eat have black stains and holes, the 1st room did not have hot water and they moved us to a second room and that had warm water so my wife and I just dealt with it, it was for 1 night, the breakfast is pathetic, try the waffles , the mix is literally rotten , I will never stay at this La Quinta and I suggest someone from corporate go and stay there, you’d literally leave and have it shutdown."
